Prime Video has renewed the Critical Role animated series for season 4.
As the third season finale approaches, Critical Role and Prime Video are announcing the renewal of The Legend of Vox Machina for a fourth season. The good news was shared with fans by Critical Role – the Dungeons & Dragons acting and voice talent team including Matthew Mercer, Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham, Ashley Johnson, Marisha Ray, Taliesin Jaffe, Sam Riegel, and Liam O’Brien – in a video shared on social media.
The Legend of Vox Machina is a crowdfunded animated fantasy series based on Critical Role’s popular Dungeons & Dragons campaign. The series follows the epic and sometimes hilarious adventures of Vox Machina, a group of misfit mercenaries, as they face monsters, demons, and political corruption in the fictional world of Exandria.
The story revolves around a group of unlikely heroes, including warriors, mages, thieves, and clerics, who join forces to protect the kingdom of Tal’Dorei from dark threats. Each member of the group has a unique personality, with complex and often dramatic personal stories that emerge as the story unfolds.
