Filming of ''Nobody 2'' finished, US release in August 2025

It has been announced that filming of "Nobody 2", the sequel to the spectacular action movie "Nobody" (2021) starring Bob Odenkirk from "Better Call Saul", has been completed. Director Timo Tjahjanto reported this on his Twitter on September 27, 2024. The post includes a photo of a clapperboard and a photo of Odenkirk and director Tjahjanto, along with the comment "Filming finished. See you at the theater". Filming began in early August 2024 and took about two months.

The previous film, "Nobody", is the story of Hutch Mansell, a middle-aged man who lives a dull life, and explodes with daily frustrations after a certain incident, and his dark past is revealed. However, the plot of the sequel has yet to be revealed. In addition to Odenkirk as Hutch, Christopher Lloyd as his father David, and Connie Nielsen as his wife Becca will be returning. New cast members include Sharon Stone from the Basic Instinct series, Colin Hanks from the Jumanji series and Fargo, and John Ortiz from the Fast and Furious series and Bumblebee (2018). In a subsequent post, director Jayant paid tribute to Odenkirk and Stone.

The screenplay will be co-written by Derek Kolstad, who wrote the previous film, as well as Odenkirk, Aaron Lavin from Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan (2018-2023), and Umair Aleem from Kate (2021). Kelly McCormick, Odenkirk, and Marc Provissiello will reprise their roles as producers. "Nobody 2" is scheduled to be released in the United States on August 15, 2025.
