The plot of Don’t Move revolves around Iris, played by Asbille, who finds herself trapped in a race against time to escape a serial killer. After being drugged with a substance that will progressively paralyze her body, Iris has only 20 minutes before she completely loses the ability to move. In the trailer, a male voice accurately describes the effects of the drug: first the slowing of movements, then the loss of control of the legs, and finally the difficulty in breathing. The crescendo of terror culminates with Iris's desperate whisper: "Help me," leaving us with a foretaste of the emotional intensity that the film will offer.
