Double Ismart: Energetic star Ram Pothineni's latest upcoming film is Double Smart. Directed by Puri Jagannath, this film is coming as a sequel to the duo's blockbuster Smart Shankar Shankar. Atu Ram fans and Puri Jagannath fans have huge expectations of Double Smart, which is coming as a mass action entertainer. The already-released teaser and film songs have impressed the audience. It will be released in theaters worldwide on August 15, 2024, with all the excitement after the shooting.
Meanwhile, Double Smart Business was done at a double level than expected. The theatrical rights of this film are Rs. Producer Niranjan Reddy sold it for Rs 56 crore, while the Hindi rights were sold for Rs 6 crore. Amazon Prime acquired OTT rights for Rs 33 crore. Producer Charmi sold the audio rights to Aditya Music for Rs 9 crore. Meanwhile, the Double Smart Telugu satellite rights deal has been closed. It is reported that Zee Telugu has bought Telugu rights for fan rate.
Releasing as an Independence Day gift, the film will face competition from Mr. Bachchan. While in Nizam, Mythri Movies, a leading distributor, will distribute it. A pre-release event will be held soon, while Kavya Thapar is playing the heroine opposite Ram, the makers will release a song called 'Kya Laugh Da' today.
