Prime Video has released the official trailer for Mr. & Mrs. Smith, the series inspired by the 2005 film directed by Doug Liman and starring Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. From co-creators and executive producers Donald Glover (Swarm, Atlanta) and Francesca Sloane (Atlanta, Fargo), the series, starring Donald Glover and Maya Erskine, will debut on the platform on February 2, 2024.

In this version of Mr. & Mrs. Smith, two lonely strangers work for a mysterious spy agency that offers them a wonderful life in disguise, wealth, world travel, and a dream house in Manhattan. The catch? New identities and an arranged marriage as Mr. John and Mrs. Jane Smith. As married John and Jane experience high-stakes missions every week as they add a new piece to their relationship. Their complex cover story becomes even more complicated when they begin to have real feelings for each other. What is riskier: espionage or marriage?
